LinkedIn Learning offers access to over 5,000 online courses to build your skills and reach your professional goals. As a BHMT participant, you can take as many courses as you like and learn at your own pace 24/7 within the one-year subscription period.

Why use LinkedIn Learning?
You can:
- Earn a certificate when you finish a course. Print it or add it to your LinkedIn profile.
- Get hands-on practice with exercise files and coding tools.
- Learn on-the-go with the LinkedIn Learning app, use your phone or tablet—great for busy schedules (Android users can download the LinkedIn Learning App for Android here).
- Watch short videos that fit your schedule and learning style.
NOTE: If you already have a LinkedIn account and have registered for LinkedIn Learning through BHMT, choose the Find Your Course button to go directly to LinkedIn and login. Select the LinkedIn Learning icon to browse the courses. Sign up for any course that interests you.
If you don’t have a LinkedIn profile, follow these instructions.
To be eligible for LinkedIn Learning courses, you must:
- Be a KP Union Alliance or Coalition employee
- Be a BHMT-eligible employee
- Have completed your probationary period
- Have a LinkedIn profile. If you don’t have a LinkedIn profile, follow these steps to create one.
To access LinkedIn Learning, you’ll need:
- A reliable computer or mobile device with an internet connection
- A current version of an internet browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge
- A microphone (only needed for a few music-related courses)
Ask about BHMT’s Laptop Lending Program if you need a computer for your classes.
Here’s how to sign up for LinkedIn Learning:
- Create a LinkedIn profile if you don’t have one.
- Choose the Register button.
- Enter your NUID to confirm your eligibility.
- Read and approve the BHMT Beneficiary Agreement.
- Choose or enter your email address and then select OK.
- Check your inbox for an email from BHMT:
- Subject: BHMT Invitation: LinkedIn Learning
- Select the Activate your account
- Sign in with your LinkedIn username and password.
- Bookmark the LinkedIn Learning page for future access.
