Career Development & Academic Success
The Career Development and Academic Success Team support eligible union employees throughout their Kaiser Permanente career journey including:
- Comprehensive Career Development Coaching including Assessments, Exploration, Goal Setting, Education and Training, Job Change, and Career Management
- Programs: Certifications, Degrees, Skills, Continuing Education, Financial Assistance, and Laptop Lending
- The purpose of the Career Development Team is to empower clients to effectively drive their own professional development by providing personalized, confidential, and professional coaching during all facets of their career journeys.
Outreach & Marketing
The Outreach & Marketing team are front-line representatives of the Trust who promote, organize, and host events to inform eligible beneficiaries of their BHMT benefits including:
- Career Coaching, Certifications, Degrees, Skills, Continuing Education, Financial Assistance, and Laptop Lending
Program Development and Management
The Program Development and Management Team develops and administers world class programs for Trust beneficiaries and are committed to:
- Deliver first-class program management service to clients, BHMT Client Services Team Members, business partners, and BHMT stakeholders, and
- Continuously evaluate and improve program offerings and business partner relationships.
