What Is Career Development Coaching?
Career development coaching helps you figure out what kind of work fits you best—and how to get there. A Career Development Coach (CDC) is like a guide. They help you explore your interests, set goals and plan for your future career goals.
How coaching helps
Coaching isn’t about quick advice or someone doing the work for you—it’s a partnership that gives you the tools and confidence to shape your own future. A career coach can help you:
- Clarify your goals, strengths, and interests
- Explore jobs, training, or education that fit your path
- Build skills, boost confidence, and prepare for career opportunities
- Create a plan for long-term success
At BHMT, a CDC is here to support you—no matter where you are in your career journey. When you meet with a coach, the session is focused on you and your goals.
Here’s what to expect when you meet with your CDC:
First-Time Clients
